Meet Dan

Dan helps small and midsize organizations make their technology more reliable, secure, and easier to manage. His background covers network planning and design, firewalls and security, switching and wireless, hybrid Azure connectivity, secure remote access, troubleshooting, and technical documentation. He has designed and supported environments ranging from individual business locations to multi-building campuses and organizations operating across the United States and Canada. Rather than starting with a particular product, Dan starts by understanding how the business works, where the real risks are, and what can be supported well after the project is complete. That experience shapes the St Croix Tech Services approach: define the need, build a practical plan, test carefully, document the result, and provide a clear handoff.
