St Croix Tech Services helped improve workstation management with Microsoft Intune and supported Azure-related configuration. The work focused on more consistent device management, secure access, and a clearer foundation for ongoing support.
St Croix Tech Services cleaned up and secured the business network and improved the connectivity supporting the point-of-sale and phone systems. The work focused on simplifying the environment, improving reliability, and making the connections between key systems easier to understand and support.
St Croix Tech Services organized workstation and OneDrive folders and unified the company’s file structure across its workstations using Microsoft 365. The project also included workstation deployment support, including building and configuring an additional workstation, setting up remote access for the accountant, and QuickBooks consulting.

Integrated acquired and newly added locations into a standardized, secure multi-site architecture supporting growth from 3 to 16 sites and from approximately 200 to more than 1,500 users across the United States and Canada.

Implemented standardized Windows Server Hyper-V clusters with shared storage for migrations, host refreshes, new deployments, and resilient virtualized workloads.
